The schedule is (now, autumn 2019, we entered at 3. and are testing first partner stations at 4a.):

1. Embed the first webcam showing a sundial

2. Present this project at meetings, mailing lists etc.

3. Open the call for contributions

4a. Embed other webcams (test views available for registered users)

4b. Start the automated switching.
